Practice Wallet

An independent lab building operational infrastructure for interpretation and governance.

Practice Wallet is a small research lab focused on systems that make implicit processes explicit—particularly in domains where interpretation, scope, and risk accumulate over time.

The lab’s work centers on building deterministic, auditable infrastructure for problems that are currently handled informally through review meetings, document iteration, and institutional memory.

Current projects examine how technical documentation—such as model cards and system cards—can change what readers are allowed to infer across revisions, even when underlying evaluations remain unchanged.
